Luc has written a wonderful book called "The Unknown Fallen" which is about the vast contribution and sacrifices made by Moroccans and other Muslims towards the Allied forces during the First World War. More than 2.5 million Muslims fought on the battlefields for the allies and yet their efforts have often been ignored and overlooked. The talk will include documents, testimonies, maps, photos and illustrations. Luc hopes that the book will foster greater understanding between different faiths and nations and counter some of the misunderstandings and false narratives about Islam.
