Csenge Virág Zalka, PhD., is a storyteller and author from Hungary. She tells and researches traditional tales, legends, myths, and epics from around the world. She has performed in English, Spanish, and Hungarian at festivals around Europe and the USA. She published several folktale collections, including Tales of Superhuman Powers: 55 traditional stories from around the world (McFarland, 2013), and Dancing on Blades: Rare and exquisite folktales from the Carpathian Mountains (Parkhurst Brothers, 2018).
