Dougie is a Scottish storyteller who specialises in Celtic myth and northern folk tales. His show Animate Lands was described as “a fresh and joyful take on celtic lore and Scotland’s landscape” and his recent show ‘A Wolf Shall Devour the Sun’ was a sell out success at the Scottish International Storytelling Festival (2024).

Blending stories with environmental learning & ancestral crafts, he delivers bespoke story projects across Scotland and beyond, featuring as guest storyteller in Canada, Jordan, Lithuania, Germany, Norway and Ireland.
